Hello, is it possible to pay in cash on site?



Unfortunately, paying in cash on site is not possible, as we operate across three different locations and are unable to provide continuous on-site staff presence.

You are welcome to conveniently pay online by credit card or via bank transfer – please note that a valid credit card must always be provided as a payment guarantee.

Is the apartment accessible for people with disabilities?



Unfortunately, our apartments are currently not equipped with barrier-free (accessible) features.
Due to structural conditions (e.g., staircases, door widths, bathroom access), they are unfortunately not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

When can I check in on the day of arrival, and by what time do I need to check out on the day of departure?



Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is until 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of departure.

Early check-ins or late check-outs may be possible in individual cases upon prior arrangement, but cannot be guaranteed and depend on the booking situation. Please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Good day, we would like to make a reservation with you. I have a motorcycle trailer; is there a special parking space available?



Unfortunately, we are unable to offer parking spaces for trailers or vehicles weighing over 3.5 tons at our boarding houses.

Hello, can we bring our dog/cat?



Pets are welcome upon request. Please inform us in advance about the pet you plan to bring.

Please note that we may need to decline the inclusion of multiple pets or pets that could cause damage to the apartment on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, we would like to remind you that you are liable for any damage caused by your pet.

Is smoking allowed on the balcony/terrace?



You are welcome to smoke on our balcony or terrace. Please ensure that the smoke does not enter the interior of the apartment. Smoking inside the apartment will result in a penalty fee and additional cleaning charges.

Can the sofas also be used as sleeper sofas?



Our sofas are not intended as sleeping accommodations. Our apartments are designed for 2 or 4 guests. Should more people stay than booked, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.

Do your rooms also have wool blankets for cooler nights?



We do not provide wool blankets in our apartments. However, all our bedding is allergy-friendly. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own wool blankets if needed.

Hello, do you offer breakfast as well?



Unfortunately, we do not offer breakfast. However, all our apartments are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, where you can easily prepare your breakfast at your convenience.

Do you offer bike storage?

Hello, can we store our bikes securely?



At Villa Viktoria 1, unfortunately, there are no bike storage facilities.


At Villa Viktoria 2, you can securely store your bike in our underground garage.


At Villa Viktoria 3, you have the option to park your bike on our property (unattended).


We kindly ask that you do not bring bicycles into the apartment, as damage has occurred in the past. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, how does electric car charging work at your property (free or paid)?



At Villa Viktoria 1, electric car charging is not available. The nearest public charging station is located 100 meters from our apartment.


At Villa Viktoria 2, two charging stations are available. You will need a charging card to charge your car. The price is determined by the Stadtwerke Ingolstadt


At Villa Viktoria 3, one charging station is available. You will need a charging card to charge your car. The price is determined by the Stadtwerke Ingolstadt.

Hello, where can I dispose of additional trash if more accumulates?



All of our boarding houses are cleaned once a week by our staff, and the trash is removed. Alternatively, you can dispose of additional trash as follows:


In Boardinghouse Villa Viktoria 1, please bring your trash to the basement, where a large trash bin is available. It is emptied every 2 days.


In Boardinghouse Villa Viktoria 2, you will find several trash bins in the underground garage where you can dispose of your trash.


In Boardinghouse Villa Viktoria 3, several trash bins are located directly in front of the building for your convenience.

Where can I find the Wi-Fi password?



The Wi-Fi password can be easily found in your apartment – both elegantly displayed in a picture frame and conveniently provided in a brochure.

Hello, is the final cleaning included?



Final cleaning is included in your stay. However, we kindly ask that you place your used kitchen utensils in the sink or dishwasher. If there is excess waste, please leave it in a visible area within the apartment or use our designated trash bins. Please be aware that additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning.

What should I do if something is damaged or defective?



We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please notify us immediately via email or phone, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ensure that your stay remains comfortable and enjoyable.

When does the mid-stay cleaning usually take place?



The mid-stay cleaning usually takes place Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Since the mid-stay cleaning depends on the occupancy schedule, we unfortunately cannot guarantee fixed days. However, we always strive to plan the cleaning as flexibly and considerately as possible for our guests.

How and when do I receive the keys?



All our apartments are equipped with digital door locks that you can conveniently open using a unique 6-digit code.

The access code will be provided to you prior to your arrival. For bookings of one month or longer, we automatically change the code every 29 days for security reasons. This ensures the highest level of safety for all our guests.

If you have any questions regarding access or the use of the digital lock, we are, of course, always available to assist you.

Is there air conditioning?



Unfortunately, our apartments do not currently have air conditioning.

We are aware of how important good ventilation and comfortable temperatures are, and we are planning to gradually install air conditioning in our apartments to make your future stays even more comfortable.
