Digital Registration Forms / Guest Registration
For the purpose of handling your stay and fulfilling legal obligations under the German Federal Registration Act, we process personal data submitted through digital registration forms.

– Arrival and departure dates

The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the applicable provisions of the German Federal Registration Act.
The data is used exclusively for fulfilling legal obligations and handling your stay and will not be used for advertising purposes.
The registration form data will be stored in accordance with the applicable legal retention periods and subsequently deleted.
Video Surveillance
At our locations, video surveillance is used in entrance and access areas as well as in the associated parking areas, insofar as this is necessary to safeguard our property rights and to prevent and investigate criminal offenses (e.g. vandalism, burglary or unauthorized access), as well as to prevent misuse or use of the accommodation in violation of the contract.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the security of our properties and guests).
Recordings are generally automatically deleted after a maximum of 72 hours, unless they are required for the investigation of specific incidents. In individual cases, relevant sequences may be stored for a longer period for evidentiary purposes.
Data will only be shared if this is necessary for investigation purposes, in particular with law enforcement authorities.
The monitored areas are appropriately marked on site.

Access Data / Server Log Files
The provider (or its web hosting provider) collects data about every access to the website (so-called server log files).
