House Rules
The house rules govern the coexistence of all guests at Boardinghouse Villa Viktoria. They define rights and responsibilities and apply to all guests of the property. We kindly ask for mutual consideration.
The house rules are binding and are intended to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
Check – in / Check – out
On the day of arrival from 3:00 PM, you will receive a personal access code via SMS and email for the 24/7 self check-in at the door touchscreen.
The access code will only be provided after all required guest details (e.g. registration form) have been fully submitted.
Early check-in is only possible upon prior arrangement (additional charges may apply).
On the day of departure, the apartment is available until 12:00 PM. After that, the access code will be automatically deactivated.
Late check-out is only possible upon prior arrangement (additional charges may apply).
In case of a delayed departure without prior agreement, an additional night may be charged.
Use of the Accommodation
The apartments may be used for residential purposes only.
Any commercial or unauthorized use of the apartment (e.g. prostitution, sexual services, escort services, parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or similar activities) is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Prohibited Activities
Any illegal activities (e.g. drug use, fraud, unauthorized services or similar) are strictly prohibited and result in immediate termination of the stay.
Visitors
Overnight stays by unregistered persons are not permitted.
The access code must not be shared with third parties.
In case of violations, the stay may be terminated immediately.
Group Bookings
For group bookings, we kindly ask that all dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and other furnishings remain in their respective apartments.
Moving items between apartments creates significant additional work for our team.
If this policy is not respected, we reserve the right to decline future bookings from the respective group or company.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments.
Smoking is only permitted outdoors, on balconies or terraces.
In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.
Pets
Pets are only allowed upon prior arrangement.
Unregistered pets may lead to termination of the stay or additional charges.
Video Surveillance
Access areas (e.g. entrances, hallways, parking areas) are monitored by video surveillance for security reasons.
The cameras are used to protect the property and all guests.
Video surveillance is carried out in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
The cameras must not be covered, tampered with, or disabled.
WIFI
The Wi-Fi access details can be found in the apartment in a framed notice located in the living room or bedroom.
For security reasons, we do not provide the Wi-Fi credentials in advance.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for any interruptions or outages of the Wi-Fi service.
Parking
Please use only the designated parking areas or underground parking spaces.
Charging electric vehicles is only permitted at the designated charging stations.
Villa Viktoria I
The nearest parking facility is the Theater West underground garage, located 100 meters from the building.
Parking directly in front of the house is limited to a maximum of one hour. After 6:00 PM, these spaces are reserved exclusively for residents of the Old Town.
Bicycles
Bicycles are not permitted inside the apartments. Please use the designated bicycle parking areas.
Rental Bicycles (Villa Viktoria II & III only)
The use of our rental bicycles is at your own risk. Please check the bicycle for any visible defects before use and report any damage immediately. Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused by improper use or insufficient locking.
Cleaning & Condition
The apartment must be treated with care and left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure.
In case of excessive soiling, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of €150.
For stays of 5 nights or more, a weekly interim cleaning with fresh bed linen and towels is provided.
Waste & Cleanliness
Waste must be disposed of regularly.
The garbage bins are located near the entrances or parking areas of our buildings.
Please do not store any waste in hallways or common areas.
Kitchen
Cooking is only permitted in the designated kitchenettes.
Please leave the kitchen clean.
Please leave the dishes clean or place them in the dishwasher.
If the kitchen is not left in proper condition, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €150.
Safety
Windows and doors must be closed when leaving the apartment.
Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers must not be tampered with.
Open flames are only permitted under supervision.
Liability & Damages
Guests are liable for any damages caused by themselves or accompanying persons.
Please report any damages immediately.
Compliance with these house rules is mandatory. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to terminate the accommodation agreement without notice and to end the stay with immediate effect.
In such cases, refunds for unused nights are excluded.
